Jane Bowling, Allied’s Vice President of Operations, is a seasoned real estate professional who found her niche in operational improvements and efficiencies. Using her vast property management experience and subsequent impatience with cumbersome processes, Jane finds solutions to unbury site teams to help them focus on ownership goals, customer services and revenue generation.
Jane honed her considerable skill set through a variety of leasing agent, property manager, regional manager, asset manager, trainer, and executive roles she’d held throughout the years. Her experience is in all aspects of property management: Single family, affordable and conventional multi-family, and privatized military housing.
Jane also has substantial experience in employee training and development, knowing that happy, well-trained employees create satisfied customers. Jane is well-versed in asset acquisition and disposition, resident relations, contract negotiations, investor relations, and capital improvement projects. She also comfortably navigates and supports the associated technology platforms in the property management world.
Originally from Arizona, Jane is an enthusiastically slow runner, an unconvincing vegetarian cook, a persistently poor piano player, an avid reader of too many books at once, and a silent corrector of texts and emails. Her primary residence is now coastal Washington where she shares a home with a spider or two, her husband, and two ill-behaved but impossibly cute rescue dogs.
